365.5: WEEK SEVENTEEN

 APRIL 25th - MAY 1st

Last appointment with braces for the oldest! Braces free. Desert Botanical Gardens with the mr. (to help my mental health). Receiving a trophy at district for Poston's NAL achievements at Nationals. Zoo field trip with my second grader.

365.5 : WEEK SIXTEEN

APRIL 18th - APRIL 24th

First paddle of the season with my long-time friend/boss. Attending my niece's AMAZINGLY AWESOME wedding reception (where I happily danced the night away).  Running Pat's Run with my oldest and my best friend. Swinging at the park with my dad (which was so random but I never want to forget this moment).

EEEASTER

 Aside from my OCD manic search for the PERFECT Easter outfits, our Easter was extremely low-key. So low-key that we skipped dyeing eggs and kept Easter baskets and Easter dinner sweet and simple.

365.5: WEEK FIFTEEN

 APRIL 11th - APRIL 17th

Pretending my cat is a therapy cat (he's very much not). Battle of the Books (tied for second). Taking a very timid cat to the vet for a check-up. A very timid cat becoming a very curious cat on the car-ride home. The District Honors Band performance at the Ikeda Theater at the Mesa Arts Center. Plant therapy. Hiking Camelback with the best of the best. Saturday morning family Easter breakfast (the first in over two years!). Easter morning. 

365.5: WEEK FOURTEEN

 APRIL 4th - APRIL 10th

New growth on our tree. Haircuts for the girlies. My dad with some of his best friends of nearly 50 years. Hiking Hole in the Rock on a whim. My crazy kids enjoying their first swim of the year. 

365.5: WEEK THIRTEEN

MARCH 28th - APRIL 3rd

Hiking Brown Mountain with my better half. My euphonium playing attending District Honors Band rehearsals. Last month of picking bands for braces. Elementary school band concert.

 I thought, when I last posted about my struggles, that I was through the worst of it. It turns out that I was wrong. And while I am feeling better TODAY - more so than I have in a long time - I am learning that this and every day process that is requiring endurance, self love, and patience. Throughout it all, though, I have somehow picked up my camera more than I had realized. I have so many images and events to share...
