WE'RE ALL MAD HERE

About a month ago, I had the incredible opportunity of directing the 5th & 6th grade rendition of Alice in Wonderland, Jr for my kids’ elementary school. My musical director, choreographer, and I worked for months, teaching 40 awesome and talented kids the songs, dances, and blocking. Despite the stress of it all, it was AMAZING in the end and I couldn’t have asked for two better performances! So grateful for the students, their families, and everyone on the production team that made this such a wonderful experience. Had a pretty cute Tweedle Dum and Two of Clubs in the cast, too!

OCTOBER BREAK

October Break was rough this year. I think it was a culmination of things; I had just returned home from a 4 day trip to Disneyland with my best friend... I was in Flagstaff with my SIL, parents, and the kids but NO husband... Two of the kids got sick while away... Insomnia started to rear its ugly head... Just a bunch of little things that sure seemed to add up fast. Despite these setbacks, we did enjoy ourselves and the beautiful weather. We went on walks, shot hoops, painted, made paper airplanes, played with rockets, helped cook dinner, and hiked Sunset Crater. Crossing my fingers that the next trip goes a little more smoothly...
