DESERT LOVING

I generally take any opportunity to get out and explore with my littles - even if it's to places we've already visited before. Like the Desert Botanical Garden. The second Tuesday of every month is free admission, so the DBG is an obvious choice in outings. And this month did not disappoint; April is when everything is in full bloom. To our surprise, the DBG currently has a walk-through butterfly pavilion where you can get up close with several different species of butterfly. But my favorite part of the trip had to be when we ran into dear friends toward the end of our visit. Great minds think alike.
