SUPER SPEEDY SNOW-VENTURE

In light of the pandemic, a lot of things have looked different for us. We are sticking closer to home and being mindful of the activities that we engage in. Bewtween my incident two years ago AND the rise in covid-19 cases, we had no intention of doing our annual snow trip this winter. But then I got a bit antsy for a quick trip. Other than puffers, we didn't bring any snow gear. We hopped in the car after church on Sunday and drove up to Payson to play for about an hour. It was just the right amount of time to throw snowballs, build a snowman, and make a snow angel. Spontaneous, simple, and sweet.

BELATED BIRTHDAYS

We've had a couple of birthdays since the last time I posted. Specifically, our littlest two (who are no longer quite so little). Six. And seven.
First, Miss Six. My BABY is six years old. She is a bright light and joy to be around. She is as sweet as can be, but has a strong sassy streak, too. She loves kitties, shoes, and the color purple. From the moment she could hold a crayon, she’s been making art. She’s our cherry on top and adored by all.
Next up, my seven year old ham. He’s full-on nonstop energy. All day, every day. He’s probably the most curious of my kids and wants to understand how everything works. (He’s also the whitest of my kids, which is why I call him Boo). He loves Legos, Pokémon, and Ninjago. He constantly entertains us with his wild personality.
Happy late birthday to them!
