MOTHER'S DAY GIFTS: THE YOUNGEST

For our one-on-one, the youngest opted for a trip to the Idea Museum. What neither of us realized (as it has been several years since we were last there) was that the museum was completely geared for kids who are younger than my last. So I quickly came up with a plan to visit Butterfly Wonderland the following day. The Idea Museum was such a let down, but Butterfly Wonderland more than made up for it. So many big, beautiful butterflies (and koi fish and a… chicken?). Definitely glad that we made the decision to try our luck on another adventure.
