PEACE, SUMMER

I love summer because of the swimming and the vacations and the carefree feel. I hate summer because of the whining and the monotony and the complaints of boredom. Plus, all six kids are home. But jokes aside, we made it. There have been some fun moments and many memories made. We traveled to a couple of states, visited a handful of forests, and swam in the pool a billion times. Now it is time to relearn our routine and get back into school mode. To celebrate the end of summer, we went to Bahama Bucks on Tuesday afternoon for a few sweet treats. And then Wednesday morning, they were off! 4th grade, 3rd grade, 2nd grade, and 1st grade. My, how they've grown...
